The terms governing this processor relationship are set out in our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of your contract with us under Article 28 GDPR.
Data Storage and Retention
Personal data is stored within the EU or in jurisdictions that provide adequate protection under GDPR.
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law.
After termination or account closure, personal data may be retained for up to ninety (90) days to enable data export and to resolve any outstanding matters, after which it is deleted in accordance with our retention policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
